Welcome to a new insight of advice in this wild videogames world.

I have been a user of rewards since more than five years but to be honest never put much attention or appreciated it enough because I used it only as spare change for some dlcs or small buys for less than a dollar or two.

Recently I took a liking to it and started working as intended, appreciating every possibility of getting points, doing missions and bing searches everyday and I think that is a little underappreciated.

Excuse the Spanish

Almost everyone that game on Pc or Xbox knows about this program but for example in my inner circle nobody take it seriously and let a lot of "free" games slip through is hands.

Well at the end of this article you will be ready to be receiving at least two or three games a year worth of points just by using some minutes of your daily routine.

Plus a bit more doing special missions on the afternoon of a weekend or any day with nothing to do, but that aside, let's get to business.

First of all the things that you can get.

Game Pass for PC or Core
Ultimate too
Gift Cards for MS
Netflix
And a lot more (depending your region)

The point of rewards is playing normally and slowly net you points for a free souvenir or cash a lot for more meaty prizes.

With all said let's start with the ways of getting you some points without having a subscription.

Rewards for beginners:

Download the Xbox app:

This not will automatically net you points but you will have some really easy ways of netting the first few points to get started.

We're going to start up to down

Play here means classic jewel, play a level of this really retro game and net you five points (roughly takes 1-3 minutes)

Play a PC game means literally that, any game that is linked to Microsoft Store works, a few minutes work like a charm.

Play with your friends is playing any online game linked to Microsoft Store, depending the game but normally less than 5 minutes work, a tip for completing it, play:

Teenage Ninja Turtles Shredded Revenge

Get in any match, I recommend the arcade mode because always are people online and play a level or a little less and then you're golden (you can complete 2 and 3 at the same time)

In case you don't have gamepass or the game then try Asphalt 9 is free and also work.

Just play the story mode for a while to unlock online matches and then every time you need, play a short race and you're on the other side.

Use the app, booting it up with your account linked and that's it.

Bonus Points:

For every action you win a bit of extra points that on the long way stack a lot.

Having game pass, more than 7 friends or at least 7 and having a social network linked to your profile, every one gives a bit of extra points so get the 3 and rack those points.

With all said you have one little extra step for racking the maximum amount of points.

* Install bing on your phone:

This step is very straight forward, install the browser, link your account and follow the instructions.

There are some time consuming ones but nothing more than 5 to 10 minutes of your day and some of them can be done at the same time.

For example the basic one is doing searches in bing (20 to be exact) and each one net 3 points, plus 30 more for reading news on the specific section.

Now and then also some extra activities like doing a puzzle, reading a quote or a very brief quiz.

For the last part you need to install the rewards app on your Xbox and/or have a PC (not mandatory but faster)

The rewards of Xbox is pretty easy, read some news here and there, look at some games, trailers and a lot of more things that consume less than 10 seconds (if you only open them to redeem the points)

In your profile there's a specific gamepass section active when you have the subscription with some juicy missions every week and month for a couple of extra points, also the daily goal of playing a gamepass game and that.

The important part are divided in two, the weekly streak and the PC search.

The first one is a three step card of very simple tasks like seeing a game card, a video or anything else and the other two commonly are using the app 3 days in a row and completing the bing search tasks for 3 days too.

These tasks are very important because every couple of weeks you received a very good bonus if you don't lose a week streak.

All of them are very easy and repetitive so you can do then mindlessly as you begin your day.

The PC searches are the exact same as the cellphone ones but you must do them through Xbox or a PC, nothing to hard.

Also we have some extras like MS Shopping but nothing has been official so I won't be speaking of those.

As you can see is painfully easy to do everything, the point is repetition, the meat of the game are the login bonus and the weekly bonuses but every point source can get you a long way.

I roughly take 10 minutes to do everything here stated, I do the PC online game and the cellphone search at the same time then the xbox tasks at the same time as the PC search tasks but there's no rush so you can do them by your rhythm.

We had another bonus as a chest but a couple of months ago that disappeared and got us some nice points so we can only hope that it will come back one day

Anyway thanks for reaching the end, hope you liked it and get some nice points.

Important note:

Microsoft heavily penalize the multiple accounts by one person so please don't risk your account by doing this steps on different accounts at the same time, following it by different persons and pool the points is fine but every one with their respective account and email.
